Tim Hyland, President

Tim Hyland is the founder and president of AHA Insurance Network. Tim started his own independent agency in 1983. That agency, Hyland, Block & Hyland, has become one of the leading agencies in the Louisville Metro area. The agency celebrated its 27th year of operation in 2010. Tim brings the experience of building his own agency to the agents who become members of AHA. He is able to bring “mentorship” to those agents who join AHA as they endeavor to build and grow their own independent agencies.

Mary Ann Underhill, Regional Vice President

As Regional Vice President, Mary Ann has the responsibility to recruit and bring new members into AHA, in addition to working on the growth and development of all members. Mary Ann provides high energy and great sales acumen for all of the AHA members and aids them greatly in finding new marketing strategies for their agencies. In her role as RVP, Mary Ann works hand in hand with agency President, Tim Hyland, in developing the AHA territories in Kentucky, Indiana, and Tennessee.

Heather Wardrip, Director of Member Services & Carrier Liaison

Heather serves each AHA member as the “go to” person for all interactions with AHA. She has been part of AHA and HBH for over 12 years.  In particular, Heather works with AHA members to develop a “plan of action” to both grow and develop their agencies. As Member Services Director, Heather visits agents on a regular basis to insure that all AHA members are maximizing the total resources available to AHA members.  Additionally, Heather oversees the primary relationship with all AHA carriers. In particular, she works with the members with respect to their “Production & Loss” results with each carrier.

Kelly Harris, Commercial New Business Director

Kelly Harris has over 20 years of insurance experience in not only commercial but in personal and agency operations as well.  Her vast experience is a true asset to AHA and to our members.  She has dedicated herself to the development of our member agents’ commercial lines businesses and provides expansive training in all aspects including Acord preparation and underwriter relationship development.

Emily Higgs, Accounting & Compliance Director

Emily is responsible for the daily accounting and compliance functions for all AHA members.  She is in charge of the of the calculations and distributions of excess compensation and profit sharing for each member.  She is here to assist with NetWeb training as well.

Sharon Hyland, Automation Specialist

“Automation Efficiency” has become an essential component for success for all agents today. Sharon works with each AHA member to set up and develop all of the agency’s automated processes.
